Electronic Control Key Cabinet

We are really excited to unofficially announce the newest SafePak Electronic Key Control Cabinet. It’s in production as I write this and will have it’s first public appearance at the FeDFleet show in Louisville, KY

The SafePak Electronic Key Control Cabinet has been purpose built and programmed with Vehicle Sales Managers,  Service Managers  and Fleet Managers in mind.  It is a computer controlled cabinet containing individual boxes each accessed through spring loaded electronic locks.

Our entry level Electronic Control Key Control Cabinet is a fully scalable off the shelf  product that handles 32  keys (or any other small asset) at a time. However, the SafePak Electronic Key Control Cabinet can be ordered to handle any amount of cabinet doors (keys) and, for admin purposes, open all at once or manually.

Administrators will be able to assign a specific key to a specific locker. Users will then be able to access those keys with assigned PIN, ID Cards, Credit Cards (allowing customers to pay for the service at the kiosk), confirmation number, biometric device or a combination of any above.

The SafePak Electronic Key Control Cabinet is a fully automated system that can easily integrate with your CRM software, stock control or Fleet Management Programs. If you are currently operating without any software or programs, we’ve already developed a lightweight reservation system that allows your users to gain access to a key.

All events are recorded real time and saved to a local or cloud based database. In addition, a record of each event or a number of events can be dispatched in an information packet via email to users and fleet managers.

The SafePak Electronic Key Control Cabinet can also be customized to communicate with users via text and/or email to alert them to return times, confirmations or other  messages.

Each unit can be customized with a number of peripherals and input values as well. Scan a driver’s license, record mileage, video record users during events- and watch in real time from a computer or smartphone.

Fleet and Sales Managers will especially like the Electronic Key Control Cabinet because users will be able to replace the key after use, making the key- and the vehicle ready for the next user.
